Greetings from the Artist:

Hello music listeners and my musician community, and thank you for visiting the website!!!!

Well, I truly want to take out the time to exhale from a very successful and surprising 2007 year.  Last year introduced my sophomore 'Something to Ride 2' which was released in April 2007 and still remains on the national  Smoothjazz.com Indie charts to this very day.  It peaked at #10 with the first single 'Chameleon' in July.  With such an overwhelming response from both radio and listeners, we have been very blessed to have released two more singles 'Bayou' and 'Reconcile' (big ups goes out to my keyboardist Karey Davis who produced me another great record)...

But, the train doesn't stop here.  The creative juices are flowing again; which means I'm back in the studio again.  This time, I'm working on TWO recording projects!!!  I don't know how I'm going to pull this one off, but the diversed ideas that are currently coming my way calls for more smooth urban jazz and a new notion of collaborating with a trumpeter to go for a jazzier approach.  Look for these recordings either later this year and early 2009!!!

That's all for now......Enjoy the rest of the website!

Until the next time.......Peace!!

Dee Lucas
